The universe is made up of many different galaxies each galaxy has its own planets which are probably filled with alien life. Each galaxy has its own source of energy like us our source of energy is the sun. Our sun burns nova which would be hot enough to toast a marshmallow miles away the others suns burn at a supernova heat that is why they look like stars from miles away.
